A sterling silver mechanical poker machine charm with operational lever which changes the tiny fruit pictures inside. The front is engraved with the scores for cherries, oranges and lemons. Known as a one-armed bandit slot machine or pokie machine, this miniature version was made in the 1950s-1960s.
